Motion to Dismiss & Lawrence’s Response

The defense lawyer has filed a motion to dismiss as is typical.  Basically the Defense's argument is that my pleading fails as a matter of law.

While my complaint does appeal to a new application of established law, I also appeal to well-established law.

I am seeking for the courts to recognize that what is being done to my people is nothing short of persecution.  (When I say my people, I really mean God's people of whom I am a part.)  We need to hold the private corporation to a higher standard so that they cannot force their employees to endure a medical procedure against the employee’s religious beliefs.  This can be done by holding them to the high standard of the Constitution.  I argue that our government has used private industry as an extension of themselves to implement policy that would be illegal if done by government directly.

If I can get our government to recognize this truth, I can put a dent in this alleged plandemic.

When I was young, I used to ask God if I could be a thorn in the side of the Antichrist.  I pray that God will give to me the desires of my heart.

This case has moved to Federal Court now since Federal claims were made against the defendant.  Both the Defendant’s motion to dismiss and my response are linked below. You are welcome to decide for yourself whose arguments are stronger.
