Motion For Preliminary Injunction Relief

On November 8, 2021 I petitioned the Court for an injunction against the Defendant to allow me to return to work to the position I occupied prior to being placed on indefinite unpaid leave. As of this posting on November 10^th, I am still waiting on the Court’s decision on this injunction.
